"fui a esta oficina hice un contrato de 6 meses me cobraron 839 dls el dia 28 de abril el dia 29 all state me llama para darme la misma cobertura que agarre con statefarm por solo 86 dls por mes y state farm me cobra 146 por mes cancelo a statefarm para agarrar a allstate y esta oficina me dice que me daran mi reembolso en 2 semanas de trabajo despues me dicen que no que espere un mes y no me cancelaron la poliza la dejaron activa es frustante ver que te mienten en la cara diciendo una cosa y en realidad hacen lo que ellos quieren no son honestos"

"Hola Jonathan, me disculpo, pero revisé el incidente y no pudimos enviar la cancelación como se solicitó porque teníamos que esperar a que la póliza fuera emitida para poder cancelarla (5 días hábiles). Después de eso, enviamos una cancelación total (flat cancellation) y State Farm enviará un cheque; eso tarda entre 7 y 14 días hábiles en procesarse y enviarse por parte de State Farm. También verifiqué de mi lado que sí hicimos la cancelación total y que tu reembolso completo fue enviado por correo a ti"

"He was very respectful nice got straight to the point gave me a reasonable rate I am 21 so insurance is not cheap I was able to get full coverage for a really good price not to mention on my 4wd diesel truck other insurance quotes were high as 600 I got it for 341 through this agency ."
